Enjoy your own private end unit one bedroom one bathroom condo on the beach. Watch the sun sink into the gulf from your screened in lanai. You can’t get any closer than this. Perfect for a romantic couples getaway whether it be a honeymoon anniversary or just a trip to the beach for some rest and relaxation. We have the sleeper sofa in the living room which is great for a small kid or two if you have little ones that will be joining you. You are visiting Anna Maria for the beach so you might as well be on the beach and not several blocks away with a few busy streets to cross. Also one of the few rentals on the island that allows stays shorter than a week.

You are beachfront on Anna Maria Island one of the most beautiful powder soft sand beaches in the US. Unobstructed view of the gulf from your lanai or living room. Queen bed in the bedroom.

Contactless entry as the front door has a code that we will give you the night before you arrive.

You will get your own designated parking spot for your stay. Once there the car isn’t even necessary unless you plan to go off Anna Maria Island. There is a convenient stop across the street for the free trolley that runs from 6 am to 10 pm all day with stops every 20 minutes.

Only a 5 minute walk south to historic bridge street with its fishing pier shops restaurants bars and putt putt course. Publix is 2 miles north to stock the fridge when you arrive.

We provide fresh linens and bath towels for each guest. Along with starter amounts of coffee pods for the Keurig, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, hand sanitizer, towels, and bar soap. Unit will be professionally cleaned before your stay. Laundry is on the ground floor across from the hot tub if needed.

Free high speed Wi-Fi as well as cable tv on the pair of smart tvs. One in the living room and one in the bedroom.

There are loungers for the building as soon as you get on the beach. Feel free to move them to the spot in the sand you would like. Just return them back to where they go when you are done with them for the day. And if it’s a rare cool time of year in southwest Florida the hot tub on the ground level is a great change of pace.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking.
